Last night Dennis encouraged me to enlarge the boundaries of my heart. And this morning Erik helped me surrender to my heart.

Rock #2 based upon Morning Meditation again. This time Mike Hegeman. This is another little rock. The fish is swimming in the river of life as it comes along. And he is breathing in the water of the river through his gills and breathing out love, peace, trust and joy. I photographed him on top of a little cloth purse that looks sort of bubbly.

I hope everyone gets a chance to listen to some of the archived Morning Talks. One that is especially interesting to me is a Pauline Fillmore talk titled "Odyssey in Mexico". During her talk she shares about the time she and her husband Don joined Glenn Clark and a group fellow CFOers on a three week trip traveling around Mexico. And the good news is that, if you want to listen to more than three, or even every one, they will still be available to access after camp. Hi JFO Family, My name is Carol and I am excited to join you all this week in the Autumn JFO virtual camp. Even though we aren't together in person, we are! What a blessing to have this technology so we can join together in this amazing way. CFO/JFO camp has been an intricate part of my life since I was a child. Boulder Creek CFO was the beginning of my camp adventures. And now, I cherish the time I spend with this family of my heart at Lassen JFO, Winni JFO, and Autumn JFO. Love and acceptance, renewal and rekindling are all part of my camp experience, a connection to each other, all because of the Great Mysterious Spirit of Creation that binds us together.
