Thank you to all who attended the Creatives Sharing session... I must admit that I was a bit nervous this morning and thanks to Wendy's meditation a sense of calm and peace surrounded me. A gratitude to Becky for reminding me that God will never let go of my hand and that surely grace and mercy will follow me throughout my day. I appreciate Jay and Johnann for doing such an amazing job holding space for all of us to share and be vulnerable. If you are led please place your artwork on our Forum (this page) - it is like your refrigerator at home where you have pictures of loved ones, artwork that your child, grandchild or you did, etc. Cant wait to see what Spirit has in store for tomorrow's Creative Sharing Session. This is Danielle your Creatives Leader.... I must say I feel more like a guide or a hostess than a leader. Someone to help you open up to the creativity you have within you. Truly my role is to create a space where the Divine and you can co-create. Everything else is up to you and God. A medium you might want to consider is the Mandala. A mandala is a geometric configuration of symbols. In various spiritual traditions, mandalas may be employed for focusing attention of practitioners and adepts, as a spiritual guidance tool, for establishing a sacred space and as an aid to meditation. I was introduced to the mandala several years ago at camp and have been fascinated with how it helps me to quiet my mind and allow Spirit in. Some of you received a mandala in the mail. If you didn't receive one, don't worry I included it on this post - all you have to do is print it.

Our Council Ring led by Spirit co-created a virtual camp experience that mirrors our past camps. Just like our camps in person, there will be time to praise, reflect, create, move, listen and pray.
